Buildings - Resources

This section assigns resources to groups, rules, characteristics, etc. which have been previously created in the Modules section.

Resources

List mode

Here you can view the below columns and can sort alphabetically:

 

o Resource name.

o Postercode – name used for the resource sticker.

o Visibility: Visible or non-visible.

o Status – Active, Blocked.

o Category – Desk, Space, Canteen/Dining Room, Parking.

o Subcategory – Workstation, Meeting Room, etc.

o Group – groups that have been created from resources.

o Rule – the rules that have been created for the resources.

o Characteristics – to further filter resources.

 

To see all the available columns click on this icon next to SELECTION:

At the end of the row of each resource, by clicking on the 3 dots you can edit the resource and see the postercode (RA) image.
You can select multiple resources and change groups, rules, etc. at the same time.

 

In the search/filters section on the left you search for all the resources you want to change, for example, all those that are visible (see Image 1), click on the square above to select all (see Image2); you select what you want to change (see Image 3).

Map Mode

You can do the same as in list mode but visually.

o Select Enable Multiselection. You can apply a filter or not and then select the resources you want to change in the map and click  SELECTION (see Image 4).

o Select Disable Multiselection. Clicking on a resource opens the record of that resource and you can change the visibility rules, groups, etc. but individually (see Image 5).
