It is divided into 3 sections:

Current Occupation

It will give us real-time information of the occupation of resources according to category. It will display information for the whole organization, for each building and each floor.

Occupied Resources

It will give us  real-time information in a map view of the occupation of resources according to the building and floor that we select. It will allow us to use filters to check availability by category/subcategory and/or groups, as well as search for specific resources.

Today´s Bookings

From here we can view all the bookings that have been made throughout and for the day so far according to category and subcategory. It also shows how many have been completed normally, how many are still active,how many are pending to start and how many have expired without checking in.

We may select to view aggregate information of the organization, of each building as a whole or of each floor in particular.
